A little bit of cross stitch today.

Next weeks prompt is Pond.
Happy Snapping!
Just one little bit of cross stitch this month. A key ring for my friend Jane whom I have just got back from enjoying a rather wonderful few days with, North of the Border, i.e. Edinburgh.
Scottish thistle, rather appropriate I felt.

My current knitting project requires concentration, so instead of knitting in the evening, I now knit when I have an hour to spare in the afternoon. Which means I have been cross stitching small projects in the evening. That’s when I have not been watching the news re our referendum on the EU.
Meerkat with top hat (mouse loft kit) and
a Woolly Jumper- a textile heritage kit.
Both will become cards for some poor unsuspecting person

Spot the difference time again.
Last time
This time
Can someone tell me who is stealing the time round here? Progress is slow I know, but there are so many changes of colour, it’s four stitches , then change, etc. This actually represents three hours of stitching! Must try harder, truth is I have been totally distracted by my fabric stash, more on that later this week.
Linking with all these lovely ladies, who have far more discipline than me to concentrate on one thing at a time, and do some really lovely stitching.
