Wool, Wiltshire and All Manner of Wonderful Things!

Coping.

Thank you all so much for your kind comments. I just wanted to let you know I am ok. My sons and their families have been amazing, I am very lucky. So much to do at the moment, but it helps to be busy and cared for.

Walking on Greenham Common with Mr B, Mrs G and Baby P

Picnic with them at The Vynes, a National Trust property and

The runnner beans which just keep on giving.

I am reading your posts, and they help remind me of life beyond grief.

Much love,Cathyx

Thank you for updating us Cathy. Grief is hard and there is a lot to do after a bereavement but supportive family and friends certainly help. Still sending huge hugs.

  10. Much love to you, Cathy, and thanks for sending us this update. Am about to check out Thursday Murder Club from the library for a second delightful read and see his next book is already being reserved by readers – more than 150 and it’s just “on order!” Greenham I’ve only heard about incidentally from telly shows like Midsomer Murders. Will look forward to any visits you can make & hope you take photos even if it’s not good weather! xx

  15. I have you in mind every day. And now that I know you’re actually walking on my home turf (Greenham) I can visualise it so much more easily. Next time, head up to Watership Down, and get a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. If you can do it when the leaves are turning, you’ll have a magnificent run up the hill through the beech wood, and under the beach avenue at the top of the hill.

  16. Glad to hear you’re doing OK, thinking of you x

  17. thanks for taking the time to write a post and let us know how you’re doing, Cathy.
