Yes they do say it is one of the top five stress inducing events for anyone. Main thing is you are there now and can take you time getting it just how you want it๐
Oh youโve moved! Youโve really gone and moved! Iโm so pleased for you, and hope you settle in quickly and happily. Enjoy discovering all your craft stuff as you open each box, and may you both find so much love and happiness in your new surroundings xx
Good heavens – you’ve been and gone and done it! Well done – Congratulations – Hurrah!! The settling in bit is usually quite a lot of fun and soon you’ll forget about all the angst of the last months and home will be happy and settled and the crafting can begin again!
The boxes will get done and we will settle in at our own leisurely pace now- I’m setting my sights on being ready to craft again at the end of June, at the moment getting to grips with the cooker is quite enough for me!
oooh so pleased to hear you’re finally in your new home! I bet the grandkids will be bringing their rollerblades when they visit, because those long winding footpaths look very inviting!
I foresee lots of fun coming our way. So glad I brought the sledge with us, although the removal man looked at me a bit weird when I said it was coming.
Yayyyyy! Congratulations! It looks lovely. Wishing you all the best in your new home. Hoping all the boxes some how find themselves unpacked pretty quick.
I โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธyour house, and Mr. Lion looks quite pleased to be watching over it too. The view and walking opportunities look splendid. Enjoy the unboxing, there’s no big rush, and it’s like Christmas when you find your favorite things again!
What a fabulous place – look at those views! I am so glad the lion is settling in so well. You must be exhausted, but mightily relieved. Lots of love and wishing you both every happiness in your new home.
Thank you so much- when I say we are on the edge of town I mean it, not as pretty as your view but not bad at all. Relief is the thing I feel most, it was the right thing to do.

Awesome ๐
House looks lovely, enjoy! You may need new pans for your hob, could it be a convection hob?
Hurrah! You’ve done it!! Now you can take your time and get everything just how you want it. Looks like there are some lovely walks nearby too. Enjoy!
Can’t wait to get out and about with my son and his family- the reason we moved. We currently have four box free rooms!
Beautiful new home! Love all the green and space you have in there, glad you are finally setting in!
We were very lucky to find this house I think. So many boxes…..
Your new home is lovely! Best wishes for many happy years there ๐

I wish you and your husband every happiness in your beautiful new home. You must be delighted (and relieved).
Relief is the main thing- Mr E’s health is such that it was now or probably never, so gald we made it. quite an upheaval for us oldies.

Thank you so much- my heart will always be partly up on the North York Moors, but family is more important.

I dread to ask …… perhaps that’s a whole other post ๐
Yes maybe- me and high tech don’t go well together- I like simplicity.
I like the sound of a high tech cooker……

You are so right- the chaps packed the china etc so I have no idea what each parcel contains and it is exciting to be reunited with things.
Glad you finally got moved, fantastic views too, wishing you lots of happiness in your new home.
It will never be Yorkshire, but maybe the next best place.
You made it – lovely setting – hope you settle in well now and enjoy x
Thank you- no more charging up and down motorways to see anyone in the family.
Looks like a wonderful spot and an attractive house. So pleased that you have finally made it. Must be a great relief. No hurry with those boxes!
No, no hurry with the boxes. I found the main ones we needed with the kitchen and bedding, so the rest can take their time. Phew!

I know a marathon of an effort, but it so feels like the right thing to have done.
