A lot more colour than we’ve got!
I read recently that in winter we miss the colours red and yellow,which lead to feelings of the Winter blues, I shall think hard about how I can get some more red and yellow in the garden.
Maybe nice row of yellow plastic ducks? 😉
All that green in November, wow! The sunset last night showed how bare the trees are…it was distinctly wintery looking even though we had a pretty seasonable day…the snow from Monday is melted now until the next round.
Winter/Autumn sunsets are the best. So glad we haven’t had snow yet.
It is wet because I am waiting now to plant out the cyclamens I bought last week when it was dry!! I love the little pockets of colour hanging on at this time of year.
It’s fatal to buy plants and delay planting them on the assumption that the weather will hold. Hope you get a window today.

We have had a really really wet Autumn and it’s rather disappointing.

Hot Princess is doing a great job in my garden with a whole flush of blooms – although I fear toaday’s foul weather will take its toll.
I don’t think all the buds on the yellow rose will manage to flower. Glad to hear Hot Princess is doing well!
