Yarn, Yorkshire and All Manner of Wonderful Things!

InSpired Sunday!

I came across this lovely little church last week in Frinton on Sea in Essex, quite the most wonderful and unspoilt seaside town I have visited in years.

Sadly no time to explore the church, but here it is.

  1. That looks like a perfect little scene. What a lovely church. The graveyard tells me it was well used–the church, not the graveyard.

  2. What lovely setting with the cemetery in the foreground. The pair of bells is a nice touch. Tom The Backroads Traveller

  3. i love those front windows. what a neat design. ( :

  4. Beautiful!

  5. Now you have my interest. I have not been to Essex but I think it may be on the cards to visit.

    • Do go, Essex is not all dual carriage way, houses and bling, there are some incredibly pretty villages and the country roads are just lovely. Just avoid the Southend area!! Although there are some lovely houses there too, just avoid the weekends!! Too much traffic. Frinton was incredible, free parking on the cliff top, and just a few shops, no arcades or bingo.
